sock bits fashion scarf

Using the last of the sock toes and heels, I made a scarf. I chose white yarn to emphasize the colors and did the zig-zag pattern to add more interest.

The pattern for this is ridiculously simple. After making your foundation row as long as you want the scarf, *single stitch in the next n stitches (n=8 in this scarf), 3 single stitches in next stitch, single stitch in next n stitches, stitch 3 together, repeat from star. I repeated this row after each row of sock pieces to maintain the shape.

Well this is the end of the sock posts. Not quite as exciting as the plastic bag unit, but I'm out of socks :-D
